Watercolor can be a challenging medium to work with, but the rewards are sweet. To keep the painting fresh
I have to work quickly, spontaneously. When I paint like this, there's a good chance that the results will be something other than what I intended. I have to throw fear away to work like this. It's a delicate dance, and when it works, the result is fantastic.
Divine guidance helps when you're walking this tightrope. That's why I try to remember to ask for it before picking up my paintbrush.
